Accessibility
Accessible via stairs from Level 2 to Level 3 only. Direct lift can be arranged upon request.
Parking
Basement parking is available at B1 or B2 of the hotel with a cashless parking system via Touch ‘n Go access. Touch ‘n Go card can be validated for a flat rate of MYR 17 nett per entry at HYdeout registration counter.

Prayer Facilities
Prayer facilities are available at HYdeout, however no prayer mats and prayer garments are provided in view of hygiene reasons.
Attire
Come dressed in casual or in costumes, but no slippers are allowed.
Safety
Guests must be identified with “Low Risk” status on MySejahtera app and have completed vaccination to be allowed entry. This would include fulfilment of the timeline below from the date of being fully vaccinated:
- 14 days after the second dose for Pfizer / AstraZeneca / Sinovac vaccine
- 28 days after the single dose for Johnson & Johnson / CanSino vaccine
Digital vaccination certificate will be required for hotel’s verification. Individuals aged 17 and below are allowed for entry only in the company of adults who have been fully vaccinated as per conditions above.
- Body temperature check and contact tracing via Mysejahtera app check-in
- Assurance of food safety through our ISO 22000 certification – a comprehensive and independently audited food safety management system
- Sanitization of tables, chairs and condiment holders before seating guests
- Placement of cutlery inside napkins
- Alcohol wipes for guests’ use
- Use of masks and gloves by all associates when preparing meals and plating dishes
- Service protocols modified to reduce contact
